Conference venue at Tladi Lodge

Tladi Lodge has a conference room that seats 20 delegates comfortably in a U format.

standard equipment

  • Moveable screen
  • Four Flipcharts that can be used as whiteboards
  • TV
Audio visual equipment (Proxima) is not standard, but can be arranged at an additional cost.

full day with lunch

  • Arrival tea and coffee with muffins or scones
  • Mid morning tea and coffee with biscuits
  • 2 course lunch
  • Afternoon tea and coffee with biscuits
  • Water, mints, notepads and pens supplied
  • Full cash bar is available
  • Soft drinks and mineral/bottled waters are not included
Lounges, pub and outside patio may be used as break away areas.

conference rates

Rates: R480 (Per Delegate Per Day)
Rates are VAT inclusive and subject to change without notice.

cancellation policy

  • Cancellations 0 to 14 days, liable for the full rate.
  • Cancellations 15 to 30 days, forfeit deposit
  • Our policy for conference bookings is to request a 50% deposit to confirm the booking.
  • The balance is then due 10 working days prior to the conference start date.
